Marlon P. Davids

When I moved from the UK to Portugal, I had no idea that a home technology business would eventually become my passion. Having been in IT for over 26 years, I wanted to explore how technology could enhance the human experience, how we interact with spaces to simplify our lives.

Quinteca was born when I realised that if I could build something combining my two main interests – technology and real estate – it would never feel like work.

Any entrepreneur knows how hard it is to build something from scratch, but you can only truly grow a business you genuinely love. Quinteca is my baby, and I’m excited to show how we help our clients with their home technology needs.
